We built this the way a good hat gets built — structured panels that hold shape, a strap system that actually keeps it on, and a fit worked out on real dogs of every size in our own kennel.

Straight answers, because a hat you are unsure about is a hat you send back.
Will it fit my dog?
Sizes run S, M and L. Measure straight across the head between the ears, and around the neck just below the ears, then check both against the size guide. Between sizes? Size up. If it does not sit right, send it back inside 30 days.
How does it stay on?
Ears go through the straps on each side, the chinstrap fastens under the chin with about two fingers of room, and side toggles slide up to lock the fit. The straps move up, down, forward and back so they sit under the ears without pressing on them.
How fast does it ship?
Please allow 2–3 business days for handling, then 3–5 business days in transit. Free over $75.
What if I hate it?
