We ship from Savannah, Georgia. Please allow 2–3 business days for handling before your order goes out.

Processing time
Please allow 2–3 business days for handling before your order ships. Weekends and US holidays are not business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO military addresses. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO orders travel by USPS and can take an extra 3–7 business days.
We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the US and want BGK gear, email us — we are tracking demand by country.
Tracking your order
Tracking emails occasionally land in spam or promotions. If it has been more than two business days without one, check there first, then contact us with your order number.
Lost, late or damaged
- Marked delivered but missing? Give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Then tell us and we will open a trace.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it, no return shipping required.
- Stuck in transit? If tracking has not moved in 7 business days we will ship a replacement or refund you.
Wrong address
We print exactly what is entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if the order has not shipped we can fix it. Once it is gone, we have to wait for the carrier to return it before reshipping.
